About
The beginning
FlowersFX was founded sometime around 1999 at a Swedish school called Nackademin by Oskar and Adde for their first collaborative 3D animation Yello-Sub (of which several other people played an important part in completing). This is where they first met Jens and he modeled an awesome octopus for the animation.
The animation was submitted to the Virtual Film Festival in Borlänge and took a somewhat disturbing 7th or so place which led to us having to enter the gala stage to receive the prize for being one of ten finalists: the VFF Polygon Tutorial plaque.

Productions
These days FlowersFX is still simply a name to use when working on creative productions together and we've since completed another 3D animation short about an ant and visited demo parties like Breakpoint on our spare time, with a constantly changing crew.
We've also started various projects that never got finished like the anime-styled series Starchild and an animated music video for Dune's Million Miles Away From Home.

Work in progress
We're currently working on an XNA and XBOX 360 indie game called Eat my Shuriken and Die! which is currently in early beta. It's a 2-4 (or 6 on PC) player same-screen 2D deathmatch - perfect for social gaming with a thirst for showing off some traditional platforming skills.
